Korean Beauty Facial Acupuncture is a modern take on traditional Korean beauty practices, offering a safe, pain free, non-invasive treatment that rejuvenates the face and enhances overall skin vitality. Highly popular in the Korean beauty industry, this treatment helps reduce the visible signs of stress, leaving your complexion glowing and balanced.

Targeting fine lines, wrinkles, acne, scars, and dark circles, Korean Beauty Facial Acupuncture stimulates collagen production, improving skin texture and tone for a smoother, more youthful appearance. It also lifts and tones the face and neck, enhancing muscle definition and promoting a naturally sculpted look.

Korean Beauty Facial Acupuncture is an effective, non-invasive alternative to Botox and fillers, targeting issues such as dull skin and sagging jowls. By enhancing blood circulation and unblocking energy (Qi) at specific points on the face, neck, and scalp, this treatment revitalizes the skin and muscles. It not only stimulates the facial muscles but gives them a natural lift.

Combining the best of K-beauty with ancient healing techniques, Korean Beauty Facial Acupuncture works from the inside out to promote both radiant skin and overall well-being. It’s the perfect treatment to help you look and feel your best—inside and out.

If you have been diagnosed with TMJ Dysfunction (Temporomandibular Joint) or have pain in the jaw, near the ears, forehead, back of the head, neck and/or shoulders, or headaches - a therapeutic TMJ massage may be right for you. It is also a great treatment for those that clench their jaw and therefore feel tension in the jaw, with/without headaches.

Treatment consists of massage therapy to the neck, shoulders, face, head and muscles of the mouth. Treatment will be focused on your chewing muscles, eliminating any trigger points, and pain referral to the primary areas and compensating muscles. This is done by releasing tension in the fascia around the jaw, neck, head and face. This treatment also includes intra-oral massage to the masseter, pterygoid muscles and their tendons to reduce the stress it can put on the temporomandibular joints, a.k.a TMJ . Pain is frequently aggravated by clenching and/or grinding of the teeth, causing damage to the joints due to disease, arthritis or trauma/stress.

Our Advanced Intra-Oral TMJ (temporomandibular joint) Massage is offered by Emma Lee who is TMJ certified and has an extensive background in aesthetics and facial and body care. This treatment combines therapeutic techniques to address TMJ dysfunction while promoting overall relaxation and facial rejuvenation. Incorporating aesthetic relaxation often includes soothing facial massage techniques to improve circulation, promote muscle relaxation, and reduce facial stress. This can enhance the overall appearance by helping to smooth tension lines, alleviate puffiness, and promote a more relaxed, refreshed look. The treatment is designed not only to alleviate discomfort from TMJ issues but also to provide a calming, spa-like experience that helps balance both the physical and aesthetic aspects of facial well-being.

FST (Flex Stretching Therapy) is a passive stretching technique that is performed on a treatment table. Inspired by the Anatomy Trains' myofascial meridians,Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) meridians, and the principles of tensegrity, FST was developed to provide faster and more effective treatment for musculoskeletal disorders. It was created to be incorporated into various manual therapy modalities.

In summarizing the diagnostic and treatment methods of FST, we view the human body as a dome-shaped tent, emphasizing the restoration of overall tensegrity. The primary goal is to restore the tensegrity of the entire body before directly addressing the patient's primary pain or secondary concerns. Rather than approaching the painful area directly, we focus on identifying and removing unnecessary tension and hidden restrictions within the body. Once these are resolved, general assessments and treatments can be conducted. As a result, the patient experiences significant changes in pain intensity, range of motion (ROM), and other symptoms after the restoration of tensegrity.

Throughout the process of tensegrity restoration, both the patient and the therapist become aware of the presence of numerous compensation patterns and the resulting limitations in muscle and joint activity, as well as pain. FST utilizes 15-30 minutes of passive stretching to eliminate unnecessary tension, employing two specific techniques: axial trunk rotation and knee compression. These techniques effectively stretch muscles that were previously difficult to target using massage or conventional stretching methods. Moreover, they reduce therapist fatigue during treatment, placing minimal strain on joints and the spine. The knee compression technique, utilizing the principles of fulcrum and leverage, is particularly effective for tall and large individuals.

By incorporating these innovative techniques into your practice, you can provide a more comprehensive and effective treatment approach, ensuring optimal outcomes for your patients.

In acupuncture, the selection of specific points for treatment is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which views the body as a network of energy channels or meridians through which Qi (or vital energy) flows. According to this theory, each meridian is associated with a particular organ system and specific symptoms or conditions.
Our therapist is trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Treatments can include Acupuncture, Electro- Acupuncture, Cupping (Stationary, Sliding), Gua-sha, and Tui-na (TCM style massage),Acupressure. The unique mix of acupuncture and the Flex stretch therapy treatments can help stimulate blood flow, relax tight muscle, retrain muscle, and soothe tense nerves. This style of treatment is helpful for patients of all ages with sports injuries, chronic pain syndromes, digestive complaints, stress management, and women’s health issues.

This treatment involves stimulating the vital-energy points along the meridians of our body to affect maximum energy flow.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, over 800 vital energy points along the meridians run from the head down to the heels, especially along either side of the spinal column. (The meridians connect the interior and exterior of the body). Every point has specific therapeutic effects on the related organ. By massaging these points, the corresponding body area receives specific therapeutic treatment. It can be used to treat internal organ diseases, relieve internal discomfort, relax, or promote the body's overall well-being.
